Making Rogue Chocolate Stout Cheddar

I visited the Rogue Creamery in Central Point, Oregon on August 28, 2008 and made 900 pounds of Chocolate Stout Cheddar, 300 of which went into Rogue Chocolate Stout Cheddar. Here I am pouring the beer into the curds. Many thanks and a big shout out to the Craig, Daniel and Scott for allowing me to make cheese with them! Ask for the Chocolate Stout Cheddar wherever Rogue Creamery cheese is sold, or should be sold!
